Avlis Port

Avlis Port is a private terminal that belongs to the company AKFA ABEE and is situated at South Evoikos Gulf, near the commercial Greek port of Chalkis, and right next to Chalkis Shipyards docks. It is used by tanker vessels calling to discharge liquid cargoes and mainly chemicals in bulk.

In addition to its production units, at the plant site there is a modern logistics complex comprising of a docking facility for vessels with max draft 5,80 meters and a tank farm for the storage of liquid chemicals, the capacity of it is 15.000m3. Discharging as well as storage of liquid chemicals takes place in special shore tanks that provide all the necessary requirements regarding safety and environmental protection matters. Our company offers full shipping agency services to Avlis Port, which we consider as our homeport, as it is situated only 5km distance from our Head Office.
