Thisvi Port

The Greek port of Thisvi, which has been a port since ancient times, consists part of the institutionalized Industrial Area of Thisvi Prefecture of Viotia, serving companies established at this region, and is located at Nousas bay, Corinth Gulf, 16 nautical miles north from Corinth. The cargoes which are discharged or loaded at Thisvi port are either raw materials (steel, aluminium) or end products (mainly steel pipes of various specifications) related to the companies which are operating in the industrial area of Thisvi and that belong to the VIOHALCO S.A. Group of Companies.

Also, at Thisvi, there is a second port terminal for loading small parcels of aggregates. It is a private jetty with 35m dock head, owned by company “INTERBETON SA”. Loading is available through a conveyor belt.
